Qualification
Required
Experience in Insurance Sales and general insurance knowledge (or a willingness to get licensed and learn!)
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Understanding of Employee Benefits
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
Proficient with insurance-related software and tools
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
State insurance license is required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
