Responsibilities
Coding and entering invoices into the general ledger, preparing payments, and filing paid invoice packets
Answering questions from peers and other departments
Using and managing Concur, reviewing expense reports, and answering questions from internal departments
Communicating with external suppliers
Performing other general accounting duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
2-4 years' experience
Commitment to accuracy and data integrity; enters data into computer system in a timely manner
Strong attention to detail and follows through on assigned tasks and commitments
Strong basic math skills
Proficiency in the MS Suite and managing PDFs in Adobe
Adaptable and willing to adjust to change
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must be eligible to work in the US; visa sponsorships are not available
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Must have regular attendance
Preferred
Associates' degree in business or accounting
