Responsibilities
Deploy data pipelines that transforms data into structure output for analytics in a robust, efficient and scalable framework
Build tools and frameworks to help users summarize and explore the data
Automate reporting and data quality checks
Provide ongoing support for deployed pipelines
Perform Advanced SQL queries on massive datasets to create analytics that provide insight to drive action using various SQL languages and Spark distributed infrastructure
Create and maintain analytics dashboards (using Tableau, PowerBi and similar tools)
Create and maintain data ELT pipelines using Python and Airflow scheduling
Use Git and Jira for workflow tracking
Optimize and undertake advanced SQL queries on massive datasets to create analytics that provide insight to drive action using various SQL languages and Spark distributed infrastructure
Create and maintain analytics dashboards (using Tableau and similar tools)
Create and maintain data ELT pipelines using Airflow scheduling
Use Git and Jira for workflow tracking
Monitor product performance, and root cause design, process, or firmware failures in our fleet of renewable energy hardware
Define and track product KPIs, troubleshoot and diagnose device issues, deploy necessary corrective actions ranging from firmware changes, hardware design changes, manufacturing process or installation process changes, etc
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent in experience
Strong knowledge of SQL and Python
Demonstrated experience building data pipelines using Airflow
Working knowledge of Spark and big data processing
Experience with Git or other source control software
Preferred
Scala experience is a plus
