The Receptionist will lead the front of the house for the team and serve as the public face of Benchmark International’s Austin, TX location, responsible for all front-of-office requirements such as greeting clients and providing general office support.

Responsibilities
Professionally answer and direct calls to appropriate person
Greet and direct clients to the appropriate conference room
Keep the reception area and conference rooms clean, neat and presentable
Provide general office support, performing a variety of clerical activities such as photocopying, mailing, etc
Order, receive and stock office supplies
Place office maintenance orders as needed
Schedule and maintain conference room calendars
Order breakfast/lunch for meetings as needed
Comply with all policies, practices and procedures and report all unsafe activities to supervisor
Book travel for team members as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and interpret documents
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to calculate simple mathematical concepts
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
Strong data entry skills
Basic personal computer skills including e-mail, recordkeeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc
Excellent customer service and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be able to work in office Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm as this is not a remote or hybrid position
