Responsibilities

This position requires clear and professional communication with group, division, and department leadership regarding the coordination and support of classified and unclassified visitors, meetings, and new security training initiatives
The role also involves managing visitor access, escorting guests as needed, and ensuring compliance with security protocols
Additional responsibilities include processing forms, coordinating calendars, tracking and submitting regular deliverables, and organizing team events
The candidate will collaborate closely with Administrative Assistants and Security Personnel across the Division and Company to facilitate meeting logistics and security requirements
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
The selected candidate will be stationed at Reception at the SPA Maritime Plaza location, serving as the first point of contact for visiting clients and partners, ensuring SPA presents a professional, efficient, and welcoming presence
The Reception area is staffed from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Required

High School Diploma
Capable of obtaining an active Department of Defense SECRET Clearance. US Citizenship Required
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal communication skills and attention to detail
4 to 5 years of experience in administrative or security support
Ability to coordinate and support large-scale, high impact meetings

Preferred

Obtained or pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
Familiarity with Department of Defense and Navy-specific organizations
Active Secret Clearance
Additional qualifications as needed by department/corporate requirements
