Responsibilities
Be the brand voice expert, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all written materials
Mentor a team of Copywriters and Senior Copywriters, developing their writing skills and strategic thinking
Create and refine messaging strategies, creating compelling and approvable copy that aligns with brand positioning and market insights
Collaborate closely with Art, Strategy, and Medical teams, integrating copy seamlessly with visual storytelling
Oversee the development of messaging platforms, ensuring consistency across digital, print, social, and video
Navigate and apply regulatory requirements, ensuring all copy is compliant while maintaining creative excellence
Present and defend creative work to clients, regulatory teams, and internal stakeholders
Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously evolving brand messaging to remain relevant and engaging
Qualification
Required
Master of language, storytelling, and strategic communication
Proven ability to craft impactful and compliant messaging across multiple channels
Experience mentoring a team of Copywriters and Senior Copywriters
Ability to create and refine messaging strategies
Experience collaborating with Art, Strategy, and Medical teams
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to ensure compliance
Experience presenting and defending creative work to clients and stakeholders
Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and evolve brand messaging
Highly skilled in adapting tone and voice for various audiences
Meticulous editing skills for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with guidelines
Collaborative partner with designers, strategists, and account leads
Continuous learner, staying updated on industry trends and best practices
Professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in team interactions
