Responsibilities
Define and lead the enterprise business development strategy for a SaaS imaging software platform
Build, coach, and scale a high-performing BD and enterprise sales team
Personally lead high-value enterprise engagements with health systems, radiology groups, and executive stakeholders
Develop and manage strategic partnerships across the imaging and healthcare IT ecosystem
Drive OEM and technology partnerships to expand distribution channels and accelerate market access
Own pipeline creation, forecasting, and revenue growth at the enterprise level
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key customer meetings
Work cross-functionally with product, clinical, and marketing teams to align commercial strategy with market needs
Bring market intelligence and customer insight into product and growth planning
Qualification
Required
Experience leading enterprise business development or commercial teams within SaaS, healthcare IT, or imaging software
Strong understanding of health systems, radiology workflows, and enterprise buying processes
Proven ability to build and lead commercial teams while remaining hands-on in key deals
Experience driving or supporting strategic partnerships, channel relationships, or OEM collaborations
Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment, balancing strategy with execution
Executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite, clinical, and technical stakeholders
Willingness to travel and spend significant time in front of customers
