Responsibilities
Develop and implement metrics frameworks for communications and outreach efforts
Collect, analyze, and interpret data across web, social media, events, and media coverage
Evaluate and refine communications campaigns using audience feedback and performance measures
Produce dashboards, reports, and visualizations for leadership consumption
Collaborate with writers, editors, and digital teams to ensure metrics inform content and campaign design
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of professional experience developing communications metrics and analyzing outreach impact
Minimum 8 years supporting science-, research-, or technically focused organizations
Experience evaluating communications effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data
Demonstrated ability to present complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders
