Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing AmLaw firm actively building a national white-collar and investigations platform across criminal defense, regulatory enforcement, and internal investigations

The firm is investing heavily in lateral partners and groups who want stronger economics, institutional-grade clients, and a platform designed to scale high-stakes defense practices

This is an opportunity for white-collar rainmakers who want more than a siloed practice — it is built for partners who want cross-selling, serious trial support, and a firm that actively invests in their growth

The firm represents public companies, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, boards, and senior executives in high-exposure matters involving SEC, DOJ, and state attorney-general investigations, criminal and civil enforcement actions, internal and special-committee investigations, securities fraud, accounting, and disclosure matters, whistleblower, False Claims Act, and compliance issues, parallel criminal, civil, and regulatory proceedings, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional investigations

The practice is deeply integrated with securities, corporate, compliance, and litigation teams, allowing partners to provide full-spectrum crisis and risk management to institutional clients

The firm is seeking partners — and partner groups — with a portable book of business, practices in white-collar defense, regulatory enforcement, or internal investigations, experience before SEC, DOJ, FINRA, CFTC, or similar agencies, interest in a platform that delivers real trial power and institutional support

Books typically begin at $750K and above, with flexibility based on practice mix, client base, and growth potential
