Responsibilities

Drive store sales by leading conversion, services (Forever Jewelry welding and piercing), and repeat customer visits

Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering warm, high-touch customer experiences that reflect Catbird’s values

Actively perform Forever Jewelry welding and device-based ear piercing, modeling excellence in service execution, safety, and customer care

Coach Stylists and Key Holders in real time, reinforcing strong selling behaviors, product knowledge, and service standards

Monitor floor coverage, service flow, and wait times; adjust staffing and priorities to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction

Support and resolve escalated customer needs, including returns, service concerns, and special requests, with empathy and sound judgment

Partner with the Store Manager to support scheduling, floor planning, and labor optimization

Execute and support clienteling initiatives, special orders, and in-store events to drive traffic and build long-term customer relationships

Ensure visual, merchandising, and brand standards are consistently met across the sales floor

Open and close the store as needed, supporting daily operational execution
