Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Nuvolo modules (EAM, IWMS, Facilities, Space, Clinical Engineering) on the ServiceNow platform, including Asset Management and CMDB
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
Perform system integrations, data migrations, and workflow automation
Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, and reports
Provide Level 2 application support: troubleshoot, document, and resolve incidents and service requests while meeting SLAs
Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards
Create documentation and provide end-user training and ongoing support
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and improve service delivery
Identify opportunities for continuous process and service improvement
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Five (5) years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, systems support, or IT operations
Strong understanding of business, clinical, financial, and infrastructure application workflows
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving team environment
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with ServiceNow, Nuvolo, asset management systems, or CMDB preferred
