Responsibilities
Identify new ways to attract the contingent worker
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders in designing a tailored sourcing approach to achieve demand
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Provide regular updates to the project team on recruitment progress and candidate status
Leverage direct sourcing marketplace to manage talent communities. Use market intelligence and research to inform strategies and advise businesses; includes data reporting
Leverage direct sourcing marketplace to manage talent communities. Support the efforts of managing and deploying our Talent cloud curation across multiple suppliers and internal talent clouds
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years working in Talent Acquisition as a Recruiter or Sourcer
Strong Knowledge of Sourcing Tools
Ability to quickly acquire strong knowledge of firm's recruiting policy, procedure and systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with high-level executives
Preferred
Experience in Recruiting and Sourcing for Technology roles
Experience working in a professional services Talent Acquisition environment
