Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy intelligent, autonomous agent systems for fintech applications
Architect AI-native systems utilizing LLMs, memory orchestration, and RAG methodologies
Rapidly prototype and harden AI solutions for production deployment
Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and research teams to develop resilient AI systems
Establish and promote best practices for performance, scalability, and responsible AI
Mentor engineering teams to foster technical depth and innovation in AI capabilities
Stay informed of emerging AI research and adapt promising methodologies into product solutions

Required

15+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years hands-on experience with AI/ML, including LLMs and generative AI
Proven success in designing, developing, and deploying production AI/ML systems
Expertise in backend development and distributed architecture (Python required)
Strong knowledge of agent frameworks, memory systems, and orchestration for autonomous agents
Experience with RAG, RLHF, vector databases, and cloud-native MLOps (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Skilled in creating scalable, secure AI solutions in regulated or consumer-facing environments
Ability to mentor and influence cross-functional teams in technical initiatives
BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related; PhD preferred
