Qualification
Required
3–6+ years in post-sales, implementation, solutions, or delivery roles
Comfortable working directly with customers on technical problems
Understand APIs, data models, and scripting well enough to debug and adapt
Prefer ownership and accountability over rigid process
Thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments
