Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic analysis and repairs on state-of-the-art vehicle wash equipment
Assist in the installation of new vehicle wash equipment as necessary
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
Maintain an accurate inventory of parts on company-provided vehicle
Maintain tools and test equipment in a professional manner
Observe internal and external process’, policies, and procedures governing service delivery
Consult with customers on operation and maintenance of equipment
Other tasks and duties as assigned
Occasional overnight travel
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver's License
Ability to lift 50lbs independently
Work independently and with a team
Communicate verbally and through writing
Preferred
Experience servicing Vehicle Wash equipment
Experience troubleshooting and repairing Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Systems
Experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) compute devices
Experience with electrical circuits, both low & high voltage
Proficient with Microsoft Office | Smartsheet | Service Pro
Familiarity utilizing Mobile Phones and Tablets
