Responsibilities
Work alongside Design Director and Senior Designers to prepare client presentations, 3D-models and renderings, and construction drawings
Select furniture, fabrics, finishes, equipment, color palettes, and lighting
Generate finish plans, elevations, specifications, and additional drawings needed for construction
Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators
Communicate with clients throughout the lifespan of the project
Coordinate with build team to execute on designs and work through details to bring project to completion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree at minimum in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school
Minimum of 5 years of interior design experience of varying project types
Proficient in SketchUp, Layout, Enscape and other modeling software programs
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications
Strong understanding of construction process and details
Strong graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas
Outstanding verbal communication and written English skills
Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, follow up, professionalism, dependable, excellent accuracy, attention to detail and someone who is a fast learner
Motivated self-starter
