Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex, cross-functional supply chain workstreams from network design through sourcing and implementation

Drive strategic change initiatives aligned with client's global supply chain objectives

Collaborate with global stakeholders and external partners across logistics, technology, quality, and governance

Support sourcing and onboarding of strategic 3PL partners

Apply advanced supply chain principles, digital tools, and sustainability practices

Identify, manage, and mitigate risks to ensure continuity of patient supply

Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership and operational teams

Required

7-10 years of supply chain management experience

Strong logistics and distribution background

Clear and effective communication at all organizational levels

Strong leadership and motivational ability

Proven problem-solving skills

Proven project management experience on large supply chain implementations

Deep logistics and distribution expertise

6+ years of relevant experience

Preferred

Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience strongly preferred

Hands-on experience with 3PL sourcing
