Accounting Clerk
Safe Fleet is seeking an Accounting Clerk to provide administrative and clerical services to ensure effective financial operations. The role involves data entry, assisting in accounts payable and receivable duties, and general administrative support.

Responsibilities
Data entry for finance department
Assist in expense/credit card reconciliations
Assist in accounts payable duties (matching invoices to POs etc, post AP)
Assist in accounts receivable duties (Cash applications, Invoicing)
Archiving finance documents electronically
Provide general admin support as required
Qualification
Required
Min 2 years of accounting experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent Excel skills
Know how to deal with problem issues with a sense of urgency
Ability to multitask and manage time well
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be punctual and committed to completion of tasks on a timely basis
Must be a team player and be willing to put in the extra effort when required
