Sr. Designer - UI/UX - NV
Oracle is seeking a talented and passionate Sr. UX Designer exposed to casino gaming and hospitality domains to join their innovative team. In this role, you will craft exceptional user experiences and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually appealing digital products.

Responsibilities
Responsible for leading/facilitating design sessions with executive stakeholders, as well as product and engineering
Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors
Create user personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts to inform design decisions
Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize the user experience
Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs
Stay up to date with the latest UX trends and technologies
Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a UX Designer
Experience in Gaming industry (Casino gaming) / Hospitality industry is mandatory
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A portfolio showcasing your design work, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
Effectively listen to customer needs, concerns, and feedback. Understand and respond to customer emotions and perspectives
Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Build strong relationships with customers based on trust and reliability
Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently. Keep the customer informed about project progress and potential issues
Work collaboratively with teams from different functions (e.g., development, design, marketing)
Identify and manage dependencies between teams and resolve conflicts and disagreements
Align teams towards common goals and objectives through regular communication
Ensure shared understanding of project requirements and goals
Preferred
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design
Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience working in an Agile development environment
A passion for creating beautiful and functional user experiences
