Responsibilities

Project planning, program development, and schematic design (Client goals and objectives, budget, schedule, scope development)

Client Interface

Preparing building information models and construction documents using REVIT

Coordinating consulting engineers’ work

Working with various authorities having jurisdiction to secure plan approval

Meeting with the owner and contractor during construction to evaluate progress and work to solve any issues that may come up

Leading a team to meet project goals and mentoring Emerging Professionals

Qualification

Required

Four (4) plus years post-graduate experience in an established Architectural firm

Architectural license required

Proficient in the use of building information modeling (BIM) software

Applicant must work well as part of a team or multiple teams and embrace opportunities to advance their knowledge in the industry of architecture and construction

Proficient in REVIT and BIM software

Strong communication and teamwork skills
