Triumph Geared Solutions is a leading independent aerospace gear and gearbox supplier. They are seeking a Summer 2026 Test Engineering Intern to support technical responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing production environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with testing for qualification and Acceptance Test Procedures

Assist with writing test plans, procedures, and reports

Assist with design and the build of test stands

Assist with test stand maintenance and maintenance records

Assist with Testing procedures such as install, removal and operation

Qualification

Engineering DegreeCAD ProficiencyAnalytical SkillsProblem-Solving SkillsWriting AptitudePro-engineer ExperienceCREO ExperienceAnsys ExperienceLABVIEW ExperienceTeamwork

Required

Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field

Work effectively in a team environment and maintain flexibility

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong writing aptitude

Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

All applicants must be US Citizens or US Permanent Residents (green card holders) and/or otherwise comply with ITAR requirements for access rights

Preferred

Analytical experience to determine static and dynamic stresses is preferred

Proficiency in CAD is desirable, experience with Pro-engineer is beneficial

CREO, Ansys, LABVIEW is beneficial
