Responsibilities
Conduct laboratory analysis on production and Finished Product samples to ensure product quality and compliance
Utilize LIMS Sample Manager software for accurate recording and reporting of test results
Verify lab accuracy by analyzing controls, standards, and performing instrument calibrations
Issue Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and process work order notifications using SAP
Communicate quality concerns effectively to production teams and management
Troubleshoot lab instrument and chemical issues to resolve quality concerns
Maintain a safe and clean laboratory environment, including performing regular safety inspections and proper handling of lab waste
Follow all PPE and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Qualification
Required
Willingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
Associates Degree in a STEM-Related Field
Laboratory Experience Preferred
SAP and LIMS Proficiency
Time Management & Prioritization Skills
Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Problem-Solving Skills for Analytical Challenges
Instrument Troubleshooting, Calibrations, and Maintenance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
