Responsibilities

Leads process improvement projects across the Supply Chain Management organization

Establish project charter based on process assessments; select team members; facilitate meetings, develop problem statements; regular communication to stakeholders, process mapping, maintain project documentation

Works intimately with other service groups (e.g., Legal, HSSE, Finance, Tax, Insurance, Risk and Operations) to ensure their requirements are addressed and aligned with the Procure to Pay process

Applies process improvement methodologies to identify improvements (process and technology), apply best practices, and create performance measurements

Studies technology enabled business processes and recommended enhancements to improve overall workflow efficiency and effectiveness. (where technology is involved – evaluate technology to improve efficiency)

Provide group facilitation, process interviewing, and training

Lead process improvement projects for all SCM, including establishing timelines, deliverables, and drafting communications or presentations

Collaborate with internal resources / co-workers to identify plans for change management, communication, and training needs
