Senior Program Integration Analyst
Five Stones Research Corporation is seeking energetic candidates to join their established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. The Senior Program Integration Analyst will support Product Office Leadership on the M-SHORAD Increment 4 program development and acquisition planning, ensuring seamless stakeholder integration and execution of program objectives.

Responsibilities
Support Product Office Leadership on M-SHORAD Increment 4 program development and acquisition planning leading to program initiation and execution
Develop stakeholder integration relationships to ensure they function together seamlessly
Codify technical objectives to develop an acquisition plan, schedule, and life-cycle cost estimate
Provides support throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including but not limited to requirements development, production, sustainment or logistics activities
Responsible for formulation of the opinions, decisions, and the ultimate performance of the task specified in the statement of work
Provides detailed data management, reporting, analysis and problem resolution
Establish IPTs and guide members who provide expertise in engineering, test, acquisition, logistics, and business functional areas toward mission objectives based on the integrated master schedule
Facilitate communication and coordination amongst internal stakeholders and external partners
Develop and present short and long-range program planning objectives
Assists with developing program management plans, program reviews, budgeting, and execution briefs
Support planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPB&E) efforts
Identify and mitigate any cost, schedule, technical risk, and barriers
Assists in the development of program management and milestone documentation
Assists integrated master schedules development and maintenance
Assist in developing statements of work and other contract documentation to ensure timely contract award(s)
Analyzes contractor performance data and recommend solutions to performance, schedule, and cost issues
Ensures that program requirements are properly identified and executed in accordance with Agency and DOD acquisition regulations and policies
Qualification
Required
Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance
U.S. Citizenship required
High School Graduate or GED with 17 years' of experience
Alternate BA/BS with 15 years' of experience
MA/MS with 14 years' experience
Experience and the ability to perform detailed and complex calculations
Knowledge of practices/principles necessary to assess advanced systems concepts
Ability to assess specifications and perform system integration
Highly Proficient in MS Office, especially Power Point
