Responsibilities
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs
Conduct strategy calls and determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms, professional networks), sourcing tools, and responses to posted positions
Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create impactful job descriptions and interview questions that reflect position requirements
Organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, and Hiring Managers
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional or similar role
Proficiency with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (Factory Fix, LinkedIn, etc.)
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong sourcing and presentation skills
Strong understanding of role differences across matrixed, corporate environments
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
