Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for large capital projects
Apply CPM scheduling principles to identify critical paths, sequencing logic, and schedule risks
Manage and update schedules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project scope and execution plans
Work closely with project managers, project controls, and senior leadership to support planning, forecasting, and progress tracking
Incorporate updates from field teams and contractors, validate logic, and maintain schedule integrity
Support schedule reviews, reporting, and variance analysis for internal and client-facing stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience as a Project Scheduler supporting large capital or infrastructure projects
Strong proficiency with Primavera P6
Solid understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling (Agile experience is not required)
Experience supporting infrastructure, oil & gas, or major CAPEX projects
Ability to work effectively in a professional, office-based environment with senior leadership
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Preferred
Experience managing large, complex schedules with tens of thousands of activities
Background working closely with project controls managers or PMO teams
Degree is not required—relevant experience is valued more highly
