They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting and Finance Intern to support the Accounting and Finance teams in day-to-day tasks and contribute to meaningful projects that ensure financial accuracy and support strategic decision-making.

Environmental Services

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports, including variance analysis

Support accounts payable and receivable functions, perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations, and assist with the month-end closing processes

Conduct data analysis to support budgeting activities and financial forecasting efforts

Perform miscellaneous administrative duties, such as data entry and maintaining organized financial documentation, as needed

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial models is a plus

Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Strong written and verbal communication skills
