Responsibilities
Support financial planning and reporting system initiatives tied to manufacturing, engineering, and contracting processes
Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing activities including script development, execution, defect tracking, and re-testing
Guide business users through testing activities and ensure accuracy and completeness of testing documentation
Provide issue triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution support during implementation and post-go-live phases
Develop and maintain comprehensive training documentation for end users
Lead or support user training sessions to ensure effective system adoption
Participate in go-live readiness, hypercare support, and stabilization activities
Perform system setup and configuration support including access management and data linkage
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with internal controls, documentation standards, and project governance requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of three years of experience in finance or accounting roles
Hands-on experience delivering financial planning and analysis projects
Strong experience with User Acceptance Testing including script writing, execution, and defect management
Experience creating training documentation and delivering end-user training
Demonstrated participation in go-live and post-go-live support activities
Solid project management and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Proficiency with spreadsheet-based financial analysis and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business partners
Willingness to travel domestically on a limited basis
Preferred
Experience supporting large-scale finance transformation initiatives
Exposure to financial reporting, automation, or enterprise financial systems
Experience with financial systems testing and validation activities
Experience with financial planning, consolidation, or reporting platforms
