Responsibilities

Prepare monthly reports of revenue, profit, rental, and fees due to/from real estate partners pursuant to contract agreements

Execute disbursements as required based on lease and management commitments

Perform monthly reconciliations and audit financial statements to ensure reporting integrity

Conduct account analysis and test accrual, receivable, and payable balances

Assist the General Accounting Department with quarterly G/L account analysis

Support the Finance Department with monthly Aged Trial Balance reviews and explain slow-paying accounts

Prepare monthly journal entries to ensure accurate financial records

Contribute to automation initiatives to streamline accounting workflows

Interface with all levels of employees and management to facilitate financial clarity

Meet all reporting and financial deadlines without reminders
