Responsibilities

Examine identity documents (e.g., passports, national ID cards, driver’s licenses) to assess authenticity, quality, and signs of manipulation or fraud
Act as a subject matter expert on document authenticity, security features and fraud signals
Contribute to investigative efforts, including identifying trends, anomalies, and emerging document fraud techniques
Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including data science, product, and fraud teams, to refine processes and tooling
Own and help define document review processes, including review criteria, escalation guidelines, and quality standards, in partnership with cross-functional teams

Required

Experience working with identity documents, fraud analysis, investigations, or quality-focused operational roles
Exceptional attention to detail and strong visual pattern-recognition skills
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of global identity documents and their security features
Strong written communication skills for documenting findings and rationale
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
Experience defining, documenting, and owning operational or analytical processes, including establishing review criteria, escalation paths, and quality standards

Preferred

Prior exposure to data labeling, quality assurance, or support for machine learning initiatives
Familiarity with document fraud typologies and common manipulation techniques
