Partner Success Intern (Unpaid for Course Credit Only)

InternDreamscape Learn is seeking a motivated Client Success Intern to join their team. In this role, you will shadow the Client Success team to understand how they support universities in adopting immersive VR technology and gain insights into SaaS account management and user adoption strategies.

Responsibilities
Assist the CS team in preparing materials and resources for new university launches
Review and update our Help Center articles, FAQs, and "How-To" guides to ensure they are current and user-friendly
Aggregate and categorize user feedback from faculty and students to help the Product team prioritize new features
Research trends in higher education and VR to help the Partner Success team anticipate their partner needs
Assist in maintaining accurate client records in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
Qualification
Required
Motivated to learn and contribute to the Client Success team
Ability to shadow and understand how to support universities and educational institutions
Interest in immersive VR technology
Willingness to assist in onboarding support for new university launches
Capability to review and update Help Center articles, FAQs, and 'How-To' guides
Ability to aggregate and categorize user feedback from faculty and students
Research skills to analyze trends in higher education and VR
Attention to detail for maintaining accurate client records in a CRM system
