Serve as the primary contact for client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction
Develop and execute strategic merchandise program plans aligned with client goals and budgets
Lead and support internal account team members
Manage timelines, budgets, creative direction, product selection, and fulfillment logistics
Prepare client‑facing materials such as presentations, quotes, and product briefs
Oversee e‑commerce program setup and ongoing site operations as needed
Stay current on industry trends and recommend program enhancements
Qualification
Required
4-8 years of experience in promotional products, apparel, CPG, or related fields
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong merchandising, sourcing, and pricing understanding
