Responsibilities
Conduct a thorough legal compliance audit of recruiting and HR operations processes
Provide generalist overflow support to the HR and recruiting teams
Work closely with in-house teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate potential risks
Assist with the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures
Advise on employment law matters, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in employment law, with a strong background as a generalist employment attorney
In-house experience is required
Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work well across multiple client groups and stakeholders
Ability to handle an overabundance of work and manage multiple priorities effectively
