Responsibilities

Lead performance testing of AC/DC electrical systems (component, server, rack level), ensuring that all testing processes are well-documented and executed safely and efficiently

Use tools such as oscilloscopes, power meters, and loggers to perform tests on system and platform components

Generate and maintain detailed process flows and documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards

Collaborate with global electrical engineering teams to develop, implement, and refine testing solutions

Communicate test results and findings effectively, ensuring transparency with both internal teams and external stakeholders

Serve as a mentor and resource to other engineers, helping to drive continuous learning and process improvement

Work in both lab and production environments

Engage with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring that testing protocols meet or exceed expectations

Required

A bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Electronic engineering

5+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering and instrumentation, with at least 2+ years specifically in testing electrical systems

Hands-on experience with system and platform components (PCBA & Full Assemblies); rack-level experience is a plus

Proficiency with testing tools like oscilloscopes, power meters, and data loggers

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a customer-facing role

Experience working in lab environments and familiarity with safety protocols

An ability to work both independently and collaboratively with global teams

Comfortable working in varied testing environments, from standard labs to specialized chambers
