Strategic Selection: Evaluate and select a franchise concept that aligns with your professional background, income targets, risk tolerance, and market demand
Executive Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team focused on operational excellence, safety/quality, and superior customer service
Financial Oversight: Take full ownership of the P&L, managing budgets, KPIs, pricing, and profitability while making data-driven decisions
Market Expansion: Develop and execute a local growth plan, including business development, networking, and potential multi-unit or territory expansion
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in leadership, operations, sales, finance, or multi-unit management
Demonstrated success managing teams, optimizing processes, and overseeing budgets or P&L
Serious interest in acquiring and operating a business within the next 3 to 6 months
Financial capacity and willingness to invest in a franchise (investment levels vary by brand and model)
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong people-leadership skills, and commitment to following a proven system
