Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their HVAC requirements and provide comprehensive technical consultations
Develop detailed project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and resource planning
Manage multiple HVAC projects simultaneously, coordinating with engineering teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery
Oversee project execution from design through installation, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and resolving issues promptly
Support business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and building lasting client relationships
Prospect and develop new customer relationships in a specific vertical market

Required

Proven experience in HVAC sales engineering or technical sales roles within the HVAC industry
Strong project management background with demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from start to finish
Knowledge of pre-sales processes including needs assessment, solution design, proposal development, and client engagement
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

2 year HVAC technical or 4 year Bachelor degree in Engineering preferred by not required
