Employee Benefits Relationship Manager
Daybright Financial is one of the largest independently owned insurance brokerage firms in the country, providing a full range of employee benefits and HR consulting services. They are seeking a Benefits Administration Relationship Manager responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, insurance carriers, and clients to enhance client retention and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.

Responsibilities
Provide full project lifecycle support for onboarding multiple new clients and renewals simultaneously, following our internal process including gathering necessary information, task progress tracking, project planning and timely delivery
Lead, manage and communicate project plans, monitor progress, and facilitate both external and internal meetings to protect timelines
Understand our partner’s culture, needs and objectives to set up our partnerships for success
Conduct platform and process training for our brokers and clients
Collaborate with our internal teams to create streamlined and positive client experience
Monitor, manage and resolve client service issues within our CRM
Research and respond to enrollment issues, i.e. QLE’s
Provide problem resolution by effectively communicating with other internal departments, product vendors, and the client
Manage and facilitate client calls and new client administrator training
Ensures monitoring ongoing client satisfaction throughout the year
Establish a relationship with the employer group and broker contacts. Communicate with these key stakeholders via phone and email
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in employee benefits is required
Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Proficiency in solving and presenting good solutions to problems
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Initiative-taker, meticulous with effective communication and people coordination skills
Self-motivated and team player
Demonstrate ability to partner with other functional areas/organizations to deliver a seamless experience for the client
Ability to maintain grace under pressure – especially during the busiest seasons; basically, the ability to bring order out of creative chaos during a compressed, high-pressure period of time
Preferred
Experience in benefit platforms is desired
