Start in 2026 SpringEnterprise Mobility is offering a Management Internship that aims to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business, acquire marketable management skills, and engage in team-based challenges throughout their internship.

Responsibilities
Learn what it takes to run a successful business
Acquire highly marketable skills in management
Take on challenges similar to first and second year full-time professionals
Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles
Take care of customers
Develop marketing strategies
Build relationships with customers and coworkers
Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers
Qualification
Required
Must be a Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelors degree program
Must be graduating by Fall 2026
Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
Must have a valid driver's license in with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
No drug and/or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must live in Amarillo, TX or the surrounding area
