Responsibilities
Represent Company while for selling floor covering to new customers
Assist customers with their floor covering projects by analyzing and evaluating their needs, wants, and budget
Ensure monthly sales quota is met
Responsible for a minimum number of appointments per week
Update all sales activity and contact information using specialized software
Provide a high level of customer service by following through to completion with all customers
Cover roadshows and answer questions from potential customers
Qualification
Required
Applicants MUST have a valid driver's license and clean driving record!
Must plan and organize your day to be most productive including time for in-home consultations, writing proposals, follow-up on unsold leads, and processing sold orders
Must have strong drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
Strong presentation and customer service skills required
Strong negotiation skills required
Strong organizational skills. Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines and use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities
Strong initiative with the ability to seek out relevant information before making timely decisions
Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet are required
Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
