Responsibilities
Work along with a pre-defined group of our largest and most important customers; establish connections with partners ranging from support agents to CxOs
Use exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence and overcome objections
Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately
Bring enthusiasm and energy to work
Other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Outgoing, self-motivated individual
Excellent verbal communication skills
Energetic self-starter who enjoys working in an international environment
Proven record of meeting minimum outbound call targets and/or call time goals
Organized and detail-oriented with thorough follow-up skills
Proficient with technology
Able to multi-task with several tools, work independently and prioritize tasks
Exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence and overcome objections
