Responsibilities
Design and document modeling and simulation requirements and architecture
Develop, verify, and validate complex models and simulations, including:
Missile 6-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) simulations
Effects-based simulations
Evaluate system performance in complex scenarios and environments
Verify system and subsystem-level requirements
Conduct critical studies, analyses, and test activities
Support ground and flight test efforts, including Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) activities
Qualification
Required
Active Secret Clearance (mandatory)
3+ years of experience modeling weapon and sensor systems
5+ years collaborating with subsystem and software engineers to integrate MATLAB models, C++ models, and tactical software into simulations
5+ years of hands-on experience with C++ and MATLAB
Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with complex simulation environments and performance evaluation
Familiarity with HWIL testing and integration processes
