Responsibilities

Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and Estimates at Completion
Perform cost analysis, variance analysis, and schedule?cost integration
Support contract reviews, payments, invoicing, and coding (NOE, WBS, CBS)
Produce cost reports and dashboards for project leadership
Identify cost risks, recommend corrective/preventive actions, and support continuous improvement
Assist with lifecycle cost estimating and performance tracking

Qualification

ExcelCost analysisSAP (S4/HANA)Capital project experienceAnalytical skillsAccessCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

HS diploma + 8 years advanced Excel experience OR bachelor's degree + 3 years cost/financial analysis
Strong Excel skills; experience with Access and SAP (S4/HANA) preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license

Preferred

Experience in capital project or utility construction environments a plus
