Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience

Minimum five (5) years' experience in network and voice engineering. Experience with network and voice design, implementation, and maintenance in large-scale environments

Deep understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.)

Strong knowledge of voice technologies and protocols (SIP, RTP, VoIP, PBX systems, QoS, and SBCs) with hands-on experience in enterprise voice environments
