Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS

Optimize cash flow, working capital, and key financial metrics
Collaborate with business units to align financial and operational plans
Represent finance in M&A, capital raises, and stakeholder negotiations
Use systems such as NetSuite and financial dashboards to deliver strategic insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field
3 years in financial management
2 year experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
