Divisional Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, schedule, and post social media content (text, photos and video) and maintain social media calendar for assigned brands and locations
Monitor and respond to guest comments, reviews and messages in a timely manner
Write copy both individually and in collaboration with the divisional marketing team
Grow social media communities for assigned brands by strategically engaging with current and potential followers, and managing influencer partnerships
Develop, coordinate, attend and capture social media at events with restaurant management as needed
Collaborate with divisional marketing team on paid social media initiatives, influencer collaborations, social analytics reporting, photo/video shoots, etc
Assist with updating online content and delivery sites
Work with graphic design teams on project briefs for digital and print marketing materials
Model and promote teamwork across all teams
Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy
Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
3 years of marketing experience
Must have transportation to drive to the suburbs weekly
