Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions in line with architectural guidelines
Partner closely with the Automation Solution Architect to define and align technical solutions
Build automation frameworks from scratch in a greenfield environment
Ensure reliability and quality through thorough testing and validation
Create and maintain technical documentation
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement activities
Support deployment and post-implementation processes
Travel to Salzburg, Austria when required for coordination and implementation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in automation and DevOps roles
Strong expertise in Ansible, including advanced playbook development, workflow design, and visualization
Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and system integration
Experience with REST API development and integration
Solid understanding of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and infrastructure as code
Experience working in Agile, collaborative environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Occasional travel to Salzburg, Austria may be required for project-related activities
Preferred
DevOps, Ansible, or automation-related certifications are an advantage
Experience working in international or cross-cultural teams is a plus
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is beneficial
