Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
Schedule in-person and Zoom appointments for attorneys and manage the front desk calendar efficiently
Provide customer support in-person, via phone/email and Zoom by addressing client questions or concerns promptly
Receive, sort and prepare letters to clients and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Assist with office management tasks, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Process payments for clients
Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
Qualification
Required
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Excellent customer service attitude with a focus on client satisfaction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service: 1 year (Required)
