Responsibilities
Capture and analyze system-level logs from multiple network elements in 4G/5G architecture
Perform feature testing and support HQ teams with deep-dive analysis
Identify root cause for product issues and KPI degradation
Document troubleshooting steps and maintain technical notes
Support software and patch upgrades for testing and validation
Run parameter, issue-signature, and SW/FW audits
Provide timely ticket updates and customer status
Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to drive issue resolution
Support 24×7 network events and commercial outage scenarios as needed
Identify automation opportunities and build scripts for log analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or related field
2+ years in a wireless telecom environment
Good understanding of 4G and 5G network architecture
Familiar with RAN concepts and interfaces (S1-MME, S1-U is a plus)
Hands-on experience with UNIX / Linux
Scripting skills (Python, Shell, or Perl)
Strong log analysis and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working with tickets, documentation, and reporting
Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership
Willingness to work night hours when needed for offshore debugging
Preferred
Experience supporting trial or PoC environments
Exposure to automation or log-processing workflows
Candidates with strong fundamentals and a positive attitude (even if experience is lighter)
Candidates with deeper experience who can help scale automation
