Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell our window, doors and siding products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Continuously improve through feedback
Update CRM system
Qualification
Required
Reliable transportation is required
Strong communication and memorization skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to close deals on a one-call close appointment
Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and managing time effectively
Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience in direct sales or in-home customer sales
Knowledge of home improvement, particularly windows/doors and siding
