Responsibilities

Processing endorsements, audits, policies, and other items at the Account Executive’s direction

Assisting in the renewal process, including obtaining quotes, applications and other duties

Identify and escalate any compliance gaps or discrepancies to the Account Executive and/or Team Lead

Providing quality customer service to clients, teammates and carriers

Communicating with other teammates regarding client needs and issues

Supporting the team with miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned - flexibility and teamwork are key

Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent is required
